These apps are amazing. I hated running in PE in high school and could barely make it halfway around the track. Now in my 40s Ive done all these apps from the 5k to the half marathon one. They are fabulous!!
I learned to run 5K and 10K with the basic apps, but I became an enthusiast with the pacer app. Its fun to make every new run a goal to win, and getting improved PRs in fun runs is a bonus!
5k was awesome. 10K was more than I thought Id do. Now I am running intervals here and pace is just naturally increasing without thinking about it.
When I started with the 5K runner app these guys did I couldnt run a half mile without stopping to rest. I have now completed several apps in their program and recently finished my first 10K. Im a few weeks into the 10K Pacer an am already noticing a slight increase in my time! Highly recommend this program.
I tried a few apps but this one has exactly what is needed to help me to reach my consistency goals!

I have tried many times to do speedwork; this app makes it easy & fun! I like the fact its based on time, so that those days that Im tired, Im not attempting the impossible: a sliding scale of intensity....

I love the runner apps...I never thought Id be able to run for 10 min straight let alone an hour!!! They really help you gradually work up to the 10k and really shows someone that they can do anything. I recommend these apps to all my friends.
I love this app! Started with the 0 to 10k app and graduated last week. This app just simply works!
I started in January with the 5K runner, then did the 21k runner. Completed my first half marathon in October. Using the 10k runner now to build speed. These apps work and are easy to follow!
I really love this app and use it most frequently on the treadmill. As an upgrade, Id love it if you could program your own custom intervals. For instance, to set it for tempo runs or hill repeats. Im using a training program right now that I think would be complemented by this app if I could adjust the intervals to fit the workouts.
Just starting week 2 on the app, but really like the intervals. Would like to see prompts for "run a little faster" to be more specific, such as run (blank) faster than your last fast interval. Thats probably more up tot the user though.
I started with the 5K app just to see if I could jog again after many years of being sedentary. Graduated to 10K in February and just started the 10K forever!! Looking forward to 21K soon!!
I wasnt quite ready to train for a 21k yet so I did this series instead. I really liked the workouts (although they do get pretty hard at the end) and felt they kept me in good shape while also challenging me.

What are you doing? It breaks down each workout as to how many minutes each individual segment is. I liked it way better before the update. I like interval running and I use all of the day 1s in my running routines. People need to stop trying to reinvent the wheel.
You completely ruined the app with the update. Listing total times instead of individual segments of walking and running has ruined the app. The new graphics are bad too.
